The service includes the independent Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) certification of petroleum products or other cargoes on board vessels and barges, bulk liquid quantity measurements in various types of shore tanks and storage facilities, supervision and quality assurance reporting. This allows for reduction of product losses during loading and discharge operations. Such service could be rendered through one or all of the following activities: Cargo Superintendence (supercargo) services, Quantity Assurance (measurement), Quality Assurance (tests).
